Once you purchased and downloaded this package unzip the file and follow the instructions included in the readme. If you are about to upgrade from 1.6.5, upgrade to 1.7.0 Stable first. See the "Legacy Releases" link in the "Solutions" menu to get the 1.7.0 update for free.
