Refunds can be requested under these rules: - Refunds are only for single paid downloads and not for subscriptions (subscriptions contain all products, support tickets and are not related to only one product)
- The requested refund is for technical issues that are related directly to the product
- The issue must be sent to our support

- If the support canot fix that issue and finds out it is a problem with the product itself, the refund will be done immediately
- If the support cannot fix that issue and finds out it is NOT related to the product, the refund can't be done
- Using PayPal or any other payment system to force refunds BEFORE contacting the support will be rejected (never use PayPal's conflict system to solve technical issues).
- If you accidentally paid twice for the same product then the refund is done without questioning
We hope you agree that at the low prices that are charged for the single downloads, we cannot in general do refunds based on not being satisfied.
We provide videos, tutorials and you can also see the reviews at the Joomla! Extension Directory before you do a purchasing decision. But if you contact us and make clear why a product is not the right one for you then we will do as much as we can to change the application such that it fits your needs.
